FAQ

Can I use my private health to see you?

We have a HICAPS terminal located at our Belair and North Adelaide sites which allow on the spot private health claims to be completed. Rebates for each service will depend on your level of extras cover so it is best to contact your health fund directly for quotes on cover. You can contact our admin team for our rates and private health codes.

Do I need a referral?

Referrals are not required to see any of our practitioners privately, however, if you wish to see our team via third parties (DVA, Return to Work SA, etc) you will need a relevant referral.

Do you accept patients with a GP Management Plan?

Yes, our practitioners accept patients referred under the enhanced primary care scheme. GP Management Plans can be used with our Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, and Exercise Physiologists, but unfortunately, cannot be used for remedial massage as it is not covered by Medicare.

We must have received your care plan from your GP, or it must be brought into your appointment for it to be valid for use. If we have not received your care plan, our private fees will apply, in accordance with Medicare requirements.

Do you accept DVA clients?

Yes, we accept DVA clients for physiotherapy, podiatry, and exercise physiology. Unfortunately, DVA funding cannot be used for remedial massage.

A referral from your GP is required for all DVA funded services. Without a valid referral, our private fees will apply.

Is parking available?

North Adelaide

Short-term parking is available on Bundeys Road and MacKinnon Parade, and a car park is located on Dunn Street.

The Free City Connector Bus is also available from Melbourne Street for transfers around Adelaide CBD and North Adelaide. More information on Public Transport can be found via Adelaide Metro.

Belair

Parking is available at the rear and front of our building, in addition to overflow parking available next door. Adelaide Metro services are also available using the nearby bus stop, Belair or Pinera Train Station.

What is your late cancellation & non-attendance policy?

A fee may incur for non-attendance or late cancellation if less than 4 hours’ notice is given, however, we appreciate it if notice can be given as early as possible should you no longer be available for your appointment.

Cancellation fees are the sole responsibility of patient, where third parties such as DVA and RTWSA do not fund for non-attendance.

Providing us with sufficient notice helps us ensure clients on the waiting list can access an appointment and allows us to continue offering the highest levels of care.
