The team spent the day at Belair National Park a few weekends ago supporting runners from the @trailrunningsa Five Peaks event. We all had an amazing day out in the sunshine and were in awe of all the runners - some ran 58km! 🤯

Welcoming Georgia - Belair’s newest remedial massage therapist.Georgia is a highly experienced and knowledgeable member of our team and currently looks after massage for the SANFL & AFL umpiring team.In addition to her Diploma of Remedial Massage, Georgia has also completed a Bachelor of Human Movement, and is in the process of completing her Bachelor of Psychology & Sports Health.She loves spending time with her family, keeping active outdoors, and powerlifting. Last weekend Lucy and Sophie spent 2 days completing the SFMA Level 1 Course with @functionalmvmt.They learnt about mobility, motor control, and how to recognise the source of pain by looking at how the entire body interacts - rather than just looking at one component. Their learning will assist in improving mobility concerns and motor control dysfunctions to prevent injury and pain and improve movement.
