Our massage therapist specialises in relaxation, sports massage, and therapeutic & remedial massages. They utilise various techniques to relieve muscle tension, increase range of movement, and aid rehabilitation.
Massage therapy is currently only available at our Belair site.

Dave, otherwise known as ‘Patto’ has been in the remedial massage game for over 20 years. Dave is involved with the running and athletics community of South Australia and is a middle-distance coach at Adelaide Harriers Athletics Club.
Dave has a focus on soft tissue massage, however, he is also experienced in skeletal, therapeutic, trigger-point, and sports massage. Due to his interest in athletics, he is passionate about keeping sports-people active and at their best for performance. Dave has a special interest in reflexology.
Georgia is a remedial massage therapist who brings a broad range of skills and experience to her practice.
Having worked as a sports trainer for many years, she has become highly regarded for her skills, and since gaining her diploma in remedial massage, has been responsible for providing remedial massage services to the SANFL & AFL umpiring team.
In addition to her Diploma of Remedial Massage, Georgia has also completed a Bachelor of Human Movement and is in the process of completing her Bachelor of Psychology & Sports Health at Flinders University.
Georgia loves spending time with her family, keeping active outdoors, and powerlifting.
