Our rehab specialists develop individualised rehab programs to allow our patients to manage and prevent injuries, where these programs can be designed for a home-based or gym-based setting depending on needs and preferences.
We are lucky enough to have access to gym facilities within Fitness on the Park that allows our physiotherapy and exercise physiology team to offer these programs as a group exercise class or 1 on 1 with our practitioners.
